• Gentle yoga postures to release tension and prepare you for Savasana.
• Vocal toning & breath work to connect with your energy.
• Guided meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart.
• Sacred sound with crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes and gongs to upgrade your vibration.
• We'll close with space to share or ask any questions.

Please wear a mask to enter the building and set-up your space. Once on your mat, you may remove your mask.

Each guest must bring their own:

• Yoga Mat/Pad
• Pillow/Bolster
• Blanket
• Water Bottle
• Eye Mask/Small Towel (optional)
