Cocoon in a yoga hammock and float away on a healing cloud of sound... Live Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowls, chimes, tingshas & gongs will envelope you, align your chakras, clear negativity and ground your energy with healing intentions. Relax, rejuvinate and release energy that is no longer serving you!
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to sign waivers and choose your hammock. We will begin with a short introduction to changing positions in your hammock. Uplift Maui is located at The Hotel Wailea Relais & Chateaux.
